Grill Master (in training)

Jim's decided that now that he is a Texan again he wants to fine tune his grilling skills.  He's been trying a few different rubs and such.  I get to be the benefactor of his "training"  so I am not complaining.  Here's the first meal he made me after we moved in.  Everything was cooked on the grill...
