Still no power

I spoke with Danaly this morning and although they thought their power came back up... it did not. Jim is working very long hours, with the only *potential* upside, small as it may be, is that he works on an airboat since the refinery is under water. That would be A LOT cooler if the circumstances were different!


Danaly is looking into maybe flying to CA for a week so Jim can work without worrying about his family, and Danaly and Lucy can be somewhere with power and help (Ike is not my friend, but I could kiss him for this!) She's not sure if it's going to work out, but she's taking the steps to look into it. Continental Airlines has been very generous in it's deals to those flying out of the area ($100-116 one way in comparison to Southwest's $359 one way)

- Pray for wisdom for their family as they try to discern what will be best.
- Pray for grace and stamina for Jim as he is working so hard and the same for Danaly as she is caring for Lucy and Payne #2.

And as much as I want to see them, pray that the power comes back on so Danaly and Lucy don't have to trek across half of the U.S. without dad...

Danaly is upbeat and sounding good so that makes me feel good :)
