Howdy y'all!!

We are back from our Texas trip and have tons of pictures and stories to share but for now here's our list of top 10 reasons why we dig Texas...

1.  3000 sqft. for $185K... leave it to Californians to take a picture of the sign. It's been too long since we've seen prices like that!

2.  Moms at Chuck E. Cheese wearing their casual Mommy wear which included shorts, a polo shirt, sandals, and a strand of pearls.  Who leaves the house without pearls?!  Apparently, not Texan women. 

3.  Every child we came across in town gave Lucy a big hug.  Total strangers at random places, really!  Eventually, I had to tell Lucy:  "Don't sweat it babe, we are in the South, that's all!"

4.  B - B - Q !!!

5.  A Sonic in every corner

6.  Cracker Barrell

7.  The Wilsons

8.  The Averills

9.  The Blacks

10.  Last but not least, the love Texans have for Texas is intoxicating (in a good way)!  It's everywhere, you can't escape it and you almost don't want to. 

Can't wait for our next trip to the LONE STAR STATE!!
